Terms of service
The owner of the Minix Composter online store (hereinafter the “Online Store”) is KADDE COMPANY OÜ (registry code: 16349868), located at Vanapagana tn 17, Räni alevik, Kambja parish, Tartu County, 61708.
Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
The terms of sale apply to purchases made from the Online Store.
The prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. All prices are in euros.
A delivery fee is added to the price, which is displayed to the buyer during checkout.
Product information is provided directly alongside the product in the Online Store.
Placing an order
To order goods, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart.
To complete the order, the required data fields must be filled in and a suitable delivery method selected.
The total amount is then displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely using the following payment methods:
Estonian bank payments
Visa / Mastercard
Apple Pay
Google Pay
Payments are processed by Montonio Finance OÜ. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment.
The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank or card details.
The contract enters into force once the payable amount has been received in the Online Store’s bank account.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the paid amount will be refunded no later than within 14 days.

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are displayed during checkout.
Domestic shipments within Estonia generally arrive within 2–5 business days.
In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.
Right of withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The returned product must be:
unused
in original packaging
undamaged

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except if:
the product is defective
or does not match the order
Refunds will be issued no later than within 14 days.
Right to file a complaint
The Online Store is liable for defects that appear within 2 years from the receipt of the goods.

The Online Store will respond to the complaint no later than within 15 days.
Processing of personal data
The Online Store uses the buyer’s personal data:
to fulfill orders
to deliver goods
Data is only shared with partners necessary for providing the service (e.g. logistics and payment providers).
Newsletters are sent only with the buyer’s consent.
The buyer has the right to unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
